Recognize This Man Using Fake $100 Bills in Richland? [VIDEO]

The Richland police are looking for help identifying this man that tried to use a fake $100 bill at Rite Aid on George Washington Way.

Watch the video below closely. He has a tattoo on the right side of his neck but it is not entirely visible.

The suspect left after being picked up by a blue van with a cargo carrier on top.
