Remarkably, No One Injured in Shocking Kennewick Apartment Fire

Thanks to the quick response time of firefighters, and apartment occupants, no one was injured in this spectacular blaze at the Highlander Apartments.

Early Sunday morning, crews were called to the apartments at 3030 West 4th, for a report of a unit on fire, including the deck. As seen in the images, the fire was fully engaged, but crews were quickly able to knock it down, and none of the occupants were injured. Both upper and lower units were engaged in flames when crews arrived.

The Red Cross is arranging for housing for those affected, the cause of the fire is still under investigation.
