Richland Car Theft Suspects Connected to Kennewick Crime?

Richland Police apprehended two suspects in connection with a stolen vehicle on Wednesday afternoon.
One of the suspects tied to a Kennewick investigation?
Around 12:15 PM Richland Officers from the Street Crimes Unit located a stolen vehicle, it was in the 1000 block of Sanford Street.
Police saw two suspects coming and going from the house, then brought in SWAT and other officers to contain the area.
The two suspects were arrested without incident. Richland Police say one of them is potentially part of an ongoing Kennewick Police investigation.
