Richland Cops Looking for Car Prowlers [VIDEO]

According to Richland Police, these two suspects committed several car prowls on Lee Boulevard on February 6, last Thursday, during the late night/early morning hours. This one captured on a Ring doorbell camera.

It's notable the suspects don't even appear to flinch or be startled when a security light comes on during the video.
