Richland Theft Suspect Throws Nosferatu Look at Camera

Richland police are seeking to ID this 'menacing' looking theft suspect.

He's wanted linked to an alleged theft that occurred back on October 20th at the Yokes store on Keene Road. Officials didn't say what he took, but Richland police would like to meet him.

Anyone with any information is urged to call (509)-628-0333. All leads can be confidential.  Maybe it's the just lighting or Halloween approaching, but in that one shot he looks like Nosferatu (Dracula, people!).
