Semi Crash Snarls Traffic Near Pendleton, LaGrande

Oregon State Troopers and first responders are reporting Interstate 84, six miles East of Pendleton and six miles West of LaGrande (near Exit 216) due to a crash.

Officials say a semi truck possibly contacted another vehicle and tipped over, blocking the Eastbound lanes. No word yet of any injuries, as of 11:30am Wednesday.

The Westbound lanes are not affected. More information expected soon.
