Although some slightly warmer temps are bound to eat away a lot of ice and snow on the roads, you still need to drive carefully.

Pasco Police assisted the Washington State Patrol Wednesday afternoon, following the freezing rain and sleet, as at least six vehicle slid off the freeway. Traffic came to a standstill in some areas. No word of any significant injuries, though.

With sun and warmer weather the next 3 days, we should lose a bit of it, but overnight temps in the low 20's still mean driving can be dicey. Slow down, and unless you can see bare dry pavement, be ultra careful!
