Some Dummy Joins the Richland Fire Department

A dummy has been allowed to join the Richland Fire Department, but it's actually very smart.

Richland Fire officials say this new addition could potentially help save a lot of lives. He (it, her?) is officially known as SIM MAN ALS, or simulation mannequin advanced life suport.

It's a $30,000 CPR Emergency training mannequin that will allow First Responders to practice a very wide variety of life saving techniques that officials say will definitely save lives.
