Speeding Driver Survives 150 Foot Roll Down Embankment

Thursday a man was taken to an area hospital for a lot of bumps and bruises, but the same cannot be said for his car.

The man, whose identity was not released, was driving on Badger Road, but traveling far too fast for the gravel and dirt conditions. He lost control, as indicated by the skid marks in the picture.

The car rolled some 150 down the embankment before coming to a rest on it's wheels. He is lucky he was not killed, said Benton County Deputies. He was wearing his seatbelt, no mention of any citations.
