We did find ourselves asking, why was the outside lobby door unlocked?

WHAT DID THIS GUY TAKE FROM CITY OFFICE?

Late Sunday night, around midnight, Pasco Police say this 'suave' suspect sauntered into the office of the Pasco Housing Authority in the 2500 block of Court St.

Surveillance video shows him entering through the unlocked outside door. He tries all the other interior doors, but they're locked.

HE SPENT SOME TIME JUST CHILLING INSIDE?

After "admitting" himself in the window glass, his cool camo jacket, he also checked out the flatscreen TV mounted on the wall. Finally, he noticed a laptop on a desk nearby, he disconnects it and walks out.

Police say that computer is used by housing clients if they don't have digital access, or any other way to look for jobs, update information with state agencies or business related to the Housing Authority. And, the laptop is not a cheapie.

However, he is not likely going to be able to figure out the password-protected entry, because all such government public-access ones have multi-step entry requirements.

Anyone who may have information as to whom this is, or if you saw anything, please call (509)-628-0333. All leads can be confidential.

Speaking of housing,  this one is unusual.
