Richland High School will utilize vaccinated and non-vaccinated sections, Hanford offering (as of Tuesday evening) more tickets for seniors for vaccinated sections (8), those will be fulfilled before non-vaccinated requests are satisfied.

Beginning Tuesday, Richland School Board will meet in person, and up to 25 participants will be allowed in person.

Richland transportation officials urge drivers to be careful, school zones will be seeing additional student traffic starting Wednesday. 6th graders return, followed soon by 7th, 8th and HS.

4th and 5th graders had been back in class, hybrid (2 days in school) for only two weeks.

The plan is to begin elementary education in class (in part) on or around Oct. 26. Meanwhile, we've learned a large group of parents are looking at, or have begun to pursue some sort of legal action against the District.

Workshop results in no new plans or decisions.
