Joining San Francisco, who's already filed papers in court, the City of Seattle Wednesday announced it is suing over having Federal Department of Justice funds yanked for being an open sanctuary city.

However, Attorney General Bob Ferguson failed to recall the 1952 Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952, and it's interesting to note that Trump's predecessor in the White House did a very similar thing in 2011. But you probably didn't hear about it.

Wednesday it was announced the Cleveland Indians are reportedly going to  be sued for $9 billion dollars over their Chief Wahoo logo.  Previously,   the Washington Redskins have been under fire for their logo as well.

This controversial issue is now becoming about States' Rights.
