Theft Suspect Busted Driving Stolen Car After Chase

After a rash of thefts that occurred along Clearwater Ave. Sunday, Kennewick police were able to locate an allegedly stolen car being driven by the suspect.

Police responded to the 2800 block of West Clearwater after the suspect, identified as 26-year-old Svanna Ingroum, allegedly stole a number of items from several businesses, then fled in a vehicle.

Based upon it's description and police patrols, the car was spotted later near 10th and Washington.  Officers were able to surround and capture her in what they called a "high risk" stop. Ingroum was found to be driving a stolen car, and is facing multiple other charges.
