Thanks to some dilligent work, Kennewick Police located a car taken from an area tow yard, and apprehended a couple of suspects.

Police didn't say when the car was taken, but Tuesday morning it was located at a local motel. After the vehicle was placed under surveillance officers noted it also had stolen license plates. Police did not say which motel.

Shortly aferward two suspects entered the car. A high risk stop was performed and they were arrested. 32-year-old Cameron Schuoler was taken into custody and is not only facing auto and other theft charges, but also ones for stolen property and meth possession.

The car has been impounded for investigative purposes using a search warrant.
