Thieves Steal Snowplow from School District
Officials in the Everett WA School district now have only two snowplows to maintain all their roads parking lots and properties after someone stole a snowplow.
The theft was discovered early Tuesday, officials say it must have happened overnight. Theives broke in to one of three sheds holding the dump trucks with industrial-sized plows on the front, and stole the truck. The tried to use the plow to break into another building but were not successful. They did steal a number of tools. School officials say it was clear from the damage to the second shed the theives were obviously after a second plow. With much of the state being battered with snow (Seattle and the west side could get anywhere from 4-14 inches before tomorrow) Everett School officials are now in a bit of a lurch.
