From a recent press release:
“Women are a driving force in the Tri-Cities travel and tourism industry,” said Michael Novakovich, President & CEO of Visit Tri-Cities. “From wineries and restaurants to attractions and retail shops, Visit Tri-Cities is proud to celebrate women-owned and -operated tourism businesses throughout the community that create authentic and enjoyable experiences for all. We encourage visitors and residents to support women-led businesses throughout the Tri-Cities.”
Visit Tri-Cities has compiled a list of women-led businesses throughout the area. Feel free to sign up for the Visit-Tri-Cities Email Newsletter and the Visit Tri-Cities Visitor Guide.
Visit Tri-Cities also introduces the Tri-IDEAs program celebrating inclusivity, diversity, equity, and accessibility in Tri-Cities. Every week, Visit Tri-Cities will link with community leaders, businesses, event organizers, and residents to share and highlight the diversity of the Tri-Cities through tourism and travel.
Women-owned businesses are invited to connect.
If you own and operate a tourism-related business, you're encouraged to sign up for a FREE basic membership. It's an opportunity to promote your business to Tri-Cities visitors and residents.
At Visit Tri-Cities, we believe travel is transformative on multiple levels. Exploring new destinations exposes us to different ideas, cultures, history, heritages, and people.
