Washington Portable Toilet Arsons Busted Trying to Claim Reward!
Two young men were arrested by Clark County officials after they tried to blame somebody else for a string of port-a-potty fires in Camas.
19-year-old Ryan Ruge and 18-year-old Casen Sincavage are believed to be responsible for a string of arson fires since March 5. The two men are accused of destroying five portable toilets in city parks by setting them on fire.
The two then concocted a story blaming someone else for the incidents with hopes of claiming a $10,000 reward for information leading to the arrest. Sgt. Scot Broyles of the Camas Police Department says they also face charges of making false statements to a public servant. Both have been booked in the Clark County Jail.
