Wanted Hermiston Suspect Arrested After Threats at Business
New Year's Day Hermiston police were able to arrest a wanted suspect after he allegedly made threats to customers in a business, and unwanted sexual advances to female workers there.
The business, located in the 800 block of South Highway 395, was responded to around 8pm by police.
30-year-old Adam Hansen of Hermiston was allegedly challenging customers inside to fights, and in the past had made unwanted graphic sexual comments to women there.
Police were able to defuse the situation Tuesday evening, Hansen was threatened with a Taser, but did surrender. He was not Tasered, as was reported in some media.
He's being held on Disorderly Conduct and Harassment Charges, and has 3 prior outstanding warrants for failure to appear in court.
