Wanted Sex Offender May Have Fled to CA, Maybe Not

Robert James Barbee has both Department of Corrections and Federal warrants for his arrest, according to the Benton County Sheriff's Department.

Barbee was convicted in Sacramento CA of Lews and Lascivious Acts with a child under 14, then in Spokane arrested for child porn possession.

He's wanted for failure to register as a Level 2 sex offender, and he may have fled to the Stockton or Lod, CA area. Anyone who may happen to see him or know his whereabouts, call (509)-628-0333.
