Weird Thief Steals Beer AND Convenience Store’s Pressure Washer
A little cold to be washing cars, huh?
A Pasco thief is being sought after he walked out of the Road 68 Maverik with not only a pack of beer but the store's pressure washer.
the suspect grabbed it and walked out with the pressure washer and the beer.
HOW DID HE GET IT OUTSIDE?
Around Sunday at 6 PM Police say this guy strolled into the Maverik and cautiously made off with a four-pack of Elysian beer, taking efforts to avoid the view of the clerk.
He did so by strolling down the hallway towards the restrooms. In Maverik stores, they have that long hallway to the bathrooms, and at the end is an exit door. Since COVID began most of the time they're locked but only from the outside.
The perp was walking out when he spotted the pressure washer stored there, used by workers to clean off the sidewalks and walkways.
WHAT DID HE DO NEXT?
Apparently, it was too great a temptation, because the suspect grabbed it and walked out with the pressure washer and the beer.
Video surveillance showed him last seen pulling the washer towards the adjacent O'Reilly's Auto Parts parking lot. Anyone who has any idea who this perp is, you can make anonymous tips by calling (509)-628-0333.
