When The Clerks Away, A Thief Will Play at Pendleton Hotel [VIDEO]

Security camera footage captured this brazen thief, who allegedly rifled through drawers and shelves behind the desk at the Holiday Inn Express in Pendleton Thursday.

This video was shared by the Morrow County Sheriff's office, with hopes of locating the perp.

For some reason, the counter and desk had been left unattended for a few moments. Watch this guy stroll right up, go through the drawers, and he clearly makes off with money, so Morrow County Sheriff's and Pendleton Police say there's charges right there.

Anyone with any information is asked to call (541)-276-4411. All leads can be confidential. It's feared he was likely a guest at the hotel, and by this time might be long gone.
