Who Flourbombed The Chicken Shack Cookie Thief?

Surveillance images have been released by West Richland police, showing the 'ghostly' looking suspect accused of breaking into the Chicken Shack in West Richland, but apparently only took cookies off the counter.

Around 9:23pm Tuesday night West Richland police responded to a report of a man seen inside the closed business, Benton County Sheriff's Deputies assisted. However the suspect was not inside, he'd left.

Surveillance images show he entered, ignored the register, then grabbed the cookies off a plate next to it, and left.
