Woman Fleeing Police Runs Onto Highway, Nearly Hit by Semi!
Kennewick police say a woman who was being 'removed' from the Starbucks at Highway 395 and Clearwater Wednesday nearly became road kill.
Wednesday morning, police were called on a report of a suspicious acting woman. It's possible she'd been asked to leave before, because police said on their Facebook page she was being 'trespassed' from the facility.
But in the process she ran from the police, and out into oncoming traffic on Highway 395. She was nearly hit by a semi, and police said she brought traffic to a "standstill."
The woman, Nancy Pulliam, was arrested for disorderly conduct. We're thinking maybe a psych evaluation might be in order as well.
