WSU Football Coach Fined for Calling Out ASU Cheating
WSU Head coach Mike Leach received a fine for $10,000 for claiming ASU basically cheats and steals calls illegally. The strange thing is most of the Pac-12 coaches seem to agree with coach Leach and have stated the same opinion, just with more tact. The Pac-12 commissioner says that "Conference rules prohibit Pac-12 member institutions from disparaging each other and discrediting other institutions" according to news reports.
Utah also made accusations, and WSU & Oregon held up sheets to block ASU from doing anything illegal during the game. The head coach for ASU says in news reports "Make this perfectly clear: We do everything exactly by the rules. Period,", "Obviously, we take a great deal of pride in the integrity that our program has. I'll just leave it at that. I'm not going to get involved in things like that that are ridiculous. We're very open and honest about how we do things."
The rest of the conference thinks...where there is smoke, there is fire and that an investigation needs to be launched immediately.
