Yet Another Reckless Teen Driver Piles It In, Multiple Injuries

Benton County Sheriff's now say the cause of a late Sunday night rollover crash on 895 Private Road SE was excessive speed on gravel.

The crash, which occurred on gravel, happened when the juvenile driver and a passenger were traveling too fast for conditions. The driver lost control of the vehicle headed down a slight grade, and rolled it into a farm field.

Both occupants sustained injuries, but Deputies did not say what extent, but no mention of any life threatening. It's likely citations are in order for the driver.

Authorities say parents cannot stress strongly enough for their kids and others to drive carefully, because situations like this can escalate very fast when young drivers are not being cautious.
