Shortly after 4pm, Pasco fire units were called to a brush fire near 121 Allan Road.

The fire spread before crews could contain it, destroying a mobile home and another building.

Officials didn't say if fireworks were involved, but all area fire officials say caution should be used by citizens with any kind of activity that could trigger a blaze.

Despite cooler temperatures coming late 4th of July and into the early week, conditions in the region are very dry, and fire danger considered high.
