Authorities Seeking Bail Jumper Wanted on Felony Warrants

Benton County authorities are looking for a man who reportedly jumped his bail on two felony counts.

40-year-old Joseph Howard Hardy was out on bail pending 2nd degree felony assault and kidnapping charges.

He may also go by the name of Robert Wayne Parker, he's 6' 2" and 233 lbs. He has multiple tattoos on his neck, left arm, right shoulder, back and other areas.

Anyone with information is urged to notify Tri-Cities Crime Stoppers at (509)-586-TIPS. A cash reward can result if information provided leads to apprehension of a wanted person or suspect.
