Expensive Theft Suspect Sports Heppner Sweatshirt, Sought by Cops

Kennewick Police didn't say where this theft occurred, but they're looking for this suspect.

He's accused of walking into a store (some say Harbor Freight) and leaving with what police said was a "very expensive" power tool battery concealed in his clothes.

The lettering on his sweatshirt is Heppner OR, 'backwards' due to the reproduction of the camera. The car which he left in is believed to be a 99 Lincoln Towncar.
