Hit And Run Driver Sought After Blasting Light Pole

Richland police are hoping to ID this driver and locate them.

Back on December 9th, the man pictured was possibly driving the white Toyota pictured here. Whoever was driving allegedly slammed into a light pole on Keene, pretty much taking it out. The driver then parked the Toyota at the nearby Maverik parking lot and left it overnight. This guy is believed to either be the driver, or directly involved.

Then the red truck showed up the day and towed the Toyota away from the scene. Police are hoping to ID the driver, as well as the two vehicles. It's believed the Toyota has some front end damage, and police suspect it hit the pole hard enough to render it perhaps undriveable for long distance-hence, the tow.  Anyone with any information is urged to call (509)-628-0333.
