John Rhode, 2011 winner of The Biggest Loser, comes to the Tri-Cities on July 25 to speak at the Chamber of Commerce’s Good Health is Good Business luncheon. He aims to share his story on how his unhealthy habits effected his life dramatically and the road he took to make some beneficial changes.

The luncheon takes place at the Convention Center at noon and costs only $20 for members.  So be sure to register early!

If that wasn’t enough, starting August 13, the Good Health is Good Business will be partnering with the Tri-City Regional Chamber to emphasize the importance of good health in the work place.  With good help comes better work habits, improved work moral and even lower health care costs.  On your journey you will be given a score card to keep track of your new healthy habits and accomplishments.  Earn points by fulfilling the basic food nutritional requirements, getting enough sleep, completing exercise routines and even doing fun tasks to reduces stress.  Hiking Badger mountain or reading a book can help you become
