Kennewick Police Investigating Death of Toddler

The investigation continues into the Monday death of a of a 2.5-year-old boy in Kennewick. Police and paramedics were called to 460 N. Arthur shortly after 11:15 a.m. because the boy had stopped breathing.

He was taken to Kennewick General Hospital but was pronounced dead. The boy's parents, 21-year-old William Fisher, and 22-year-old Shelly Becker were home at the time. Authorities said there were no apparent signs of illegal activity, but the investigation remains open.
