Early Tuesday morning, Kennewick police apprehended a suspect who was only identified by his first name, Mo, after he allegedly threw a large rock at a passing Kennewick patrol car.

Around 8:45am, in the 2800 block of West Clearwater (near Rite Aid) this man allegedly threw a rock, just missing the police car, but missing another vehicle by inches, causing them to swerve.  This almost resulted in an accident. The police were in the parking lot attending to another matter.

'  Mo, the suspect, then went into a nearby business and began yelling at customers. He was quickly apprehended and is facing a variety of charges. We're wondering if 'bizarre behavior' might be one of them.
