Oregon Man Accused of Blowing Marijunana Smoke Into Infant’s Mouth

Beaverton, Oregon police say a 22-year-old man is in custody after authorities saw a video of the man blowing pot smoke into the mouth of his infant child, and apparently he's done it before.

Sunday night around 11pm, police were dispatched to a report of a domestic disturbance in the Southwest 125th Ave area of Beaverton, and found a couple having an argument over their children.

After police calmed down the couple, a family friend played a video for police that showed 22-year-old Christopher Robert Kling blowing a mouthful of pot smoke into the mouth of his infant child.  The witness told police he had done it before.

Kling is now in the Wasco County Jail on accusations of endangering the welfare of a minor, and application of a controlled substance to another person. Police did not say exactly how old the child was.
