Richland Yard Waste Collection Resumes in March

The Richland Solid Waste Utility will resume picking up yard debris the week of March 4. Richland residents are encouraged to place the green cans at the curb by 7 a.m. on the same day as garbage collection. Residents should be aware that there are two separate trucks that pick up garbage and yard debris.
