Help Find This Guy Who Tried to Buy Phones With Stolen IDs

Tri-Cities Crime Stoppers are seeking this suspect, who tried to purchase some high-end cellphones using what is believed to be stolen identity.

May 23rd, this suspect tried to buy numerous cellphones at Best Buy on Canal in Kennewick. He's described as being of Eastern Indian ethnicity, with a heavy accent. He's about 5' 2", 130 lbs  with large tattoos on both wrists.

Because authorities say he 'attempted' to buy the cellphones, it is presumed he didn't get away with it, but officials are concerned because of the identity theft element.
