Kennewick police have exhausted numerous leads, pored over traffic camera videos for hours,  gone over two potential suspect vehicles with a fine tooth comb, but still don't have a viable suspect in the fatal hit-and-run that killed 58-year-old Michael Robinson February 22nd.

So now, they're turning up the heat, and heart.  A new Crime Stoppers bulletin has been released with a picture of Robinson, emblazoned with the words, "DO YOU KNOW WHO KILLED ME?"    Wow!

Upon first glance it leaves a powerful impression.   Robinson was apparently walking home from church that Sunday evening, shortly after 6pm.  His nearby Catholic church ended the evening service at 6pm.   Sometime around 6:15, he was found lying in the gutter by a passer by, and emergency crews were unable to save him.  He was unconscious and died at the scene from severe head trauma.

It was easily apparent he had been struck by a vehicle as he was crossing Columbia Center Blvd. between 4th and 5th streets,  just South of the HAPO Flashcube building and Freds Appliance.

Police are hoping somebody will have some bit of information they can use to find who committed this crime.  Two potential suspect vehicles were searched, but cleared.  The investigation continues.   A $1,000 reward is being offered for information leading to the apprehension of whoever struck and killed Mr. Robinson.
