10 and 18-Time Spokane Felons Flushed From Home by SWAT
2 suspects who were wanted for a December 23rd. armed robbery and shooting in Spokane are finally behind bars...again. Between the two they have 28 previous felony convictions.
The two suspects are ten and 18-time felons, respectively
The Spokane County Sheriff's Office, Police, US Marshals, and others were searching for 36-year-old Michael W. Rosslow and 38-year-old Jesse J. Osborne. The victim from the robbery and shooting survived and is recovering.

January 17th, Officers located Osborne, an 18-time convicted felon whose previous charges included child rape, at a home in the 1200 block of East Nora. He gave up without incident.
Then January 23rd. Rosslow was located at a home 10700 block of E. 9th Ave.. However, because of his past violent history, and the likelihood of associates being in the home with him--and armed--the SWAT Team, US Marshals, and the Violent Offender Task Force surrounded the house and set up a perimeter.
After several hours of demands to give up, Officers used what they called a "chemical irritant" to flush him out. During the search, another felony and wanted suspect was found hiding in a crawl space. 34-year-old Aaron M. Woodward was 'coaxed' out by Officers and a K-9. Woodward is not connected to the December shooting, at least not at this time.
