Pasco police are seeking to identify this woman, she is tied to a 'binge' of buying linked to a stolen credit card. Her buying spree occurred Sept. 15-16.

Police say she was driving a two-tone SUV, and attempted to make some purchases at the Lewis Street Tire Shop.  The charges were declined because she did not have ID to match that on the reportedly stolen credit card. At the time of this purchase, the retailer did not know the card was stolen.

However, police say she was apparently successful in making a number of other purchases that started in Pasco and stretched down the Columbia River Gorge to Portland. The last name on the card, say police, was "Bingham."

They did not say if the card owner has been able to be contacted, but anyone with any information is urged to call (509)-628-0333. All leads can be confidential.

Kudos to the tire shop for demanding ID to match the card.
