The Yakima County Sheriff's Office confirms the body of a 61-year old woman was found Thursday afternoon. The body of Terrie Berglund-Dallman was found in a remote part of the county.

Berglund-Dallman had Parkinson's disease. She was last seen Friday, February 11th. Terrie left home without her cell phone, medications, or identification.

Terrie was reported missing on February 13th.

Authorities found footprints leading into the Foothills. The Yakima County Sheriff's Office used a drone with thermal imaging in a search around her home but failed to locate Berglund-Dallman.

On Monday, the Yakima County Search and Rescue Team, Emergency Management, and many other groups continued to search a larger area.

A sock and sweater were found which eventually led searchers to the Cowiche Mountain area.

Terrie's son found her body after following a lead by one of the searchers.

Berglund-Dallman's cause of death was environmental exposure.
