County Scraps Tsunami Warning Sirens

According to Associate Press, Tillamook county officials tell The Oregonian that it plans to do away with its tsunami warning sirens, claiming that the residence will either be alerted by the media or the earthquake. No everyone agrees with the decision and has set up a Facebook page called SOS Save Our Sirens in Tillamook County.
