Driver Who Hit and Killed Elderly Pedestrian in Pasco Captured
Pasco Police say the driver of a stolen car who hit and killed an elderly woman has been caught.

The man, driving a car that was previously reported stolen to police, slammed into the elderly 73-year-old woman around 6 PM near the intersection of North 20th Ave. and Nixon Streets, then sped off.
A short time later the car was found abandoned in a nearby neighborhood. Police impounded the vehicle and have now made an arrest.
After an investigation, probable cause was established to have 36 year old Julius Pulliam of Pasco arrested as the suspect in the case. Police say he was located at a residence in the 500 block of sought 22nd., which is close to the location where the abandoned stolen car was found.
Police did not list what specific charges Pulliam is facing.
