An e-coli outbreak that has sickened 19 people in seven states had led to an expanded recall now including 16 states.

Taylor Farms Pacific Inc. of California supplied the celery to a wide variety of stores, including 7-11, Albertsons, Safeway and others. The celery was also used in a chicken salad and some other products sold at Costco.

The products in question were marketed or packaged with CST brand markings, or TF  or Raley brands, and included celery and wide variety of salads, deli trays, sandwiches and other related products.

Consumers are urged to contact their retailers with questions if they believe they've purchased celery or related products included in the recall.  Starbucks has also limited or temporarily stopped selling certain sandwich products with celery until the issue is resolved, but NO illnesses have been attributed to any of the Starbucks products.
