Back in the day,  a person had to smoke weed to get high.  Soon, you might be able to double up on  your munchies.

While the city of Prosser is doing a 180 on it's decision to allow more marijuana stores,  the one existing pot store that's in business, Altitude, says it's going to bring in "edible" marijuana products.

According to our news partner KNDU-TV,   many of these pot-laced edibles are already being sold on the West side of the state, but in the coming weeks, Altitude will be offering marijuana infused soda.

In the meantime, the city has asked it's attorneys to draft the necessary ordinances that would basically make Altitude the only pot store that will ever operate in Prosser.

It's an ironic twist, given that Prosser moved much faster than surrounding cities such as Richland, Pasco, Kennewick and others in allowing such a store;  but now is backpeddling.
