We don't know how it began, but at least everyone was OK.

WRPD said their thoughts are with the family, it appears the home was completely devastated by the fire.  We don't yet know what triggered it.

Second such major fire in just a few days.

This is the second major fire that's destroyed a family home in the last week. Last Sunday evening, fire crews responded to a home on Yew St. northeast of the Benton County Fairgrounds for a report of a fire. In that instance, a wood-burning stove ignited the blaze and like this one, completely destroyed the structure.

Fortunately, no one was hurt in that fire either.
