Gun Theft Suspect Tries Hiding from Kennewick Officers By Laying in Field
Trying to play hide-and-seek in daylight with police usually doesn't work.
Gun theft suspect located, arrested
Around 10:37 Saturday, Kennewick Police were alerted about a suspicious person in the 4700 block of West 10th Ave.
When officers arrived, they noticed a man lying down in a field. The suspect, identified as Zachary Moon, was found to have a rifle with him.

A preliminary investigation revealed it was not him, and Moon was arrested and charged with 3 counts of theft of a firearm. A Pasco PD drone was used to help located Moon and take him into custody.
The investigation continues.
