How Do You End Up Facing the WRONG Way on the Blue Bridge?

Fortunately, no injuries were reported. But the Blue Bridge southbound was completely blocked Tuesday morning around 5am
Pasco police didn't release a lot of details, but apparently these two cars got tangled, and left the southbound lanes completely blocked for some time. State Patrol officers also responded, and traffic was detoured by way of the Cable Bridge.
No word if any citations issued.
