International House of Pancakes is looking to raise funds for various charities around the nation, and all we have to do is EAT!

For 15 hours March 4th, over 1,500 IHOP locations will be participating, including the Pasco and Kennewick venues.  Here's how it works, from IHOP's news release:

"More than 1,500 IHOP restaurants in the United States, including, for the first time, Canada and Puerto Rico, will be participating in the 15 hours of pancake delight on National Pancake Day, when millions of free pancakes will be served from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. In exchange for the free short stacks, customers are encouraged to leave a voluntary donation in support of Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals, Shriners Hospitals for Children and other local charities."

IHOP's goal this year is to raise $3 million dollars.  The Kennewick store at 6511 West Canal Drive and the Pasco restaurant at 5015 North Road 68 will be a part of National Pancake Day!  Stop by, have a short stack, and make a donation to some worthy causes!
