Local Cats and Dogs Sit on Santa’s Lap Too!

On Sunday dozens of owners brought their cats and dogs to Pet Over Population, in Richland, to visit Santa.

The event that has been going on for 15 years saw a record amount of cats this year.

Many families have made the yearly visit with Santa Clause a tradition!

All of the proceeds go to great causes: educating pet owners on owner responsibility, preventing deaths of unwanted pets, and promoting spaying and neutering.
