Man Found Dead Inside Submerged Car Identified

Officials now say the man found in a car seen under water at the Roza Dam reservoir has been identified.

Around 7am Tuesday morning, Kittitas County Sheriff's deputies got a call about the car, which was seen under water, about 300 feet downstream from the Roza Recreation Area boat launch.  The recreation area is located about 20-25 miles North of Yakima.

Officials don't yet know how the car got there, but 51-year-old Joseph Langdon was found inside. He was retrieved from the car by the Kittitas County Dive Rescue team. The cause of death is not yet known, according to YakTriNews.com
