Musical Chairs On Ice – Makes For an Adventure! [VIDEO]

Along with the Giant Hampster Ball Races, the Tri-Cities Americans have found one of their most popular intermission contests has been Musical Chairs!

The past two seasons,  fans who sign up to compete (and are randomly chosen) get to play musical chairs!   The Ams were able to get some giant inflatable chairs, and the rest is mayhem.   There's a reason they wear hockey helmets during the contest!

Of course the game operates on the same premise as it has for decades!  But the fun comes from watching the fans scramble across the ice, try to land on the giant air chairs, and seeing how the chairs have a propensity to slide out from under them.

Here's a clip of the mayhem from a recent home game at Toyota Center.   Make sure YOU take in an Americans game, even if it's for the hockey.  Who knows?  Maybe sign up to be one of these contestants!
